Benham Coal Museum
Project Description
We are proud to announce that the Benham Coal Museum has Installed solar! Located in Benham, Kentucky the coal museum is now being powered by a 60-kilowatt solar panel array. The solar array will produce 100 percent of the electrical needs for the coal museum. Installation of the array was finished in 2017 and will help to offset their carbon dioxide emissions by 60 tons per year by relying on renewable energy instead of fossil fuel electricity. We are proud to partner with the City of Lynch, Kentucky by bringing in clean and affordable energy.
